A multidisciplinary team is at your service. Each person can be identified by a badge.
Each care unit is under the responsibility of a doctor. This doctor will keep you informed about your state of health and will remain in direct contact with your GP and/or the medical team that referred you to Clinique Pasteur. They can consult your medical records at any time and will receive a report of your hospitalisation when you leave. If members of your family and/or friends would like to meet the practitioner in charge of your care, they can request an appointment. The nursing staff are there to listen to you and your family so that you can benefit from the best possible care and quality of life.
She coordinates the nursing staff:
Rehabilitation is provided by a team of physiotherapists in a fully-equipped rehabilitation room on the 1st floor of the clinic. This will be prescribed by the doctor in charge of you, depending on your state of health and your needs. Clinical psychologists are on hand to listen, support and accompany you throughout your stay. They are also available to help those around you. The dietician provides nutritional care adapted to your diet, if required, and contributes to hygiene and food safety in the establishment. The medical secretary updates your medical file, sends reports to your GP and organises your appointments for examinations and treatments.
A social worker is on hand to help you resolve any difficulties you may encounter, such as covering the cost of care or accommodation, finding a solution for your return home or placement in a retirement home, etc. She will be happy to meet with you by appointment.
The hotel services team ensures that your room and communal areas are kept clean and tidy. They distribute your meals. They play a key role in making your stay as comfortable as possible.
Receptionists, administrative staff and cleaning staff all contribute to the quality of our welcome and care. Don't hesitate to tell them about your needs.
To make your treatment as safe as possible and limit the risk of falling, make sure you wear suitable footwear for rehabilitation, such as trainers with Velcro fastenings, laces or closed town shoes. Do not wear flip-flops or flip-flop shoes, as they will put you at risk.
