As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the quality of care we provide to our patients, we encourage you to fill in the satisfaction questionnaire that is given to you on discharge, and to hand it in to the admissions secretary or in the letterbox opposite the lifts. It is designed to gather your feedback on all aspects of your stay and your care at our establishment.
Please note that each questionnaire is carefully analysed and your observations, comments and suggestions are taken into account to improve the quality of our services.
The Ministry of Health also requires health establishments to measure the satisfaction of hospitalised patients. As part of this, you may be invited by e-mail to complete an online questionnaire once you have returned home.
E-SATIS enables us to measure patient satisfaction and experience, in particular by :
- Giving them a voice
- Allowing patients to express their views on their care, anonymously and transparently
- Giving professionals another perspective on their practices, so that they can improve
- Enabling establishments to compare themselves with other establishments
- Responding to user demand by disseminating a results indicator.
To achieve this, all patients are asked to provide their e-mail address when they are admitted. Then, for any hospital stay of more than 48 hours, the patient receives an e-mail two weeks after discharge with a link to a secure satisfaction questionnaire, sent automatically by ATIH.
In less than 10 minutes, patients can give their opinion on :
- Their reception in the hospital
- Care (information, waiting times, privacy/confidentiality, pain management, etc.).
- Their room and meals
- Discharge arrangements.
